Facials run from a short customized mini facial, which includes skin analysis and skincare recommendations, to longer sessions. The Glow Facial includes steam, ultrasonic cleansing, extractions and a face, neck and shoulder massage, and The Glow Luxe Facial adds advanced treatments and a corrective mask over 90 minutes. The menu also includes an Acne Facial with high-frequency therapy, a Back Glow Facial focused on back skin, and chemical peels made with Bioelements formulas and adjusted to skin sensitivity. Procell Therapies, a microchanneling treatment, is offered for the face, neck, decollete, hands, breast, and for full head or crown and front balding.

Lash services include extension removal, lash tints, lash lifts, classic and volume full sets and fills, and a bottom lash tint add-on. Brow services include tinting, lamination, a combined lamination and tint, and a brow and lash combo. Waxing covers lip, chin, brow, underarm, half and full leg, and men's full back. A remote skin consultation is also available, with recommendations given without an in-person visit.

Deposits are required for some services: $15 to $25 for many lash and facial services, $50 for chemical peels and some Procell treatments, and $100 for Procell full head and crown and front balding. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance carry no penalty, while later cancellations or reschedules are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service price, and sessions will not start if a client is more than 15 minutes late. The business is open Tuesday from 12 to 7 PM and Wednesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
