Each visit opens with a friendly greeting and a drink, followed by a detailed consultation. Every hair service starts with that consultation, and styles are shaped around each client's own taste after the stylist and client work through it together. Hair service prices depend on the stylist.

Stylists attend regular trainings and seminars on current styles and techniques, including trips to New York City. The salon uses Goldwell as its main line and also carries KMS California, Lanza, NAK and Verb. The salon says it uses only top-quality products.
