The salon says its mission is to give clients a high level of customer service in a professional setting with a distinctive character. It describes ongoing learning, both inside the salon and across the wider professional beauty community, and says it looks for newer technology and high-quality hair care products.

The salon is open Monday from 9am to 9pm, Tuesday from 3pm to 9pm, Wednesday from 9am to 2pm, and Thursday from 9am to 8pm, with Saturday hours from 9am to 3pm on alternate weeks. A credit card must be kept on file to book. New clients and appointments of two hours or more require a 50% booking fee when booked. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service value, and missed appointments are charged the full value. A redo is free if the client returns within one week.

Weddings have their own booking path. A bride consultation of 30 minutes, for $35, is available to talk through styles. Wedding bookings require a 50% deposit of the total services and a signed contract, and the deposit is applied to the final payment on the wedding day; a wedding cancelled within 60 days of the date forfeits the deposit. Clients can also rent the salon exclusively for a wedding party for a $200 upcharge on top of hair and makeup charges, which the salon says includes signage, mimosas and muffins, and music of the client's choice. On-location service needs a minimum of seven people and carries a $75 travel fee per stylist within a one-hour radius, with extra charges beyond an hour or for parking. Wedding questions go to a separate events email address.
