New electrolysis clients start with an in-person consultation that lasts 25 minutes and costs $50. It includes intake forms, a question and answer session and a test treatment, and a $25 deposit is required. Electrolysis sessions are priced by length, from 15 minutes up to 60 minutes, and genital and Brazilian areas carry an added surcharge.

Facials range from a 15-minute express option and a 25-minute exfoliating back treatment to a 60-minute classic facial and a 75-minute acne facial. The scalp facial is a short 15-minute add-on that includes cleansing, a scalp massage and moisturizing. Clients who want regular care can book six- or twelve-session series for the classic or acne facial, priced 10% below single-visit rates. Gift cards are sold through the website.

Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before an appointment avoid a fee. Otherwise the cancellation fee is a $50 minimum, or 50% of the service price when that service costs more than $50. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
