The studio is led by La' Ketha "Elle" Prioleau, Senior Executive Esthetician, who began her esthetics career as a spa business owner in 2013. Before moving into esthetics she served in the United States Army for more than 24 years. Her work also includes teaching, and the site lists her as an instructor for standard and advanced esthetics courses.

HydraFacial options come in four tiers: a Signature version at 30 minutes, a Deluxe version at 45 minutes that adds a booster of the client's choice and LED light therapy, a 60-minute Platinum version that opens with lymphatic drainage and closes with LED, and an 80-minute Gold version performed on the back. Custom face or back treatments are offered at 60 minutes, with a separate version for men that includes an ingrown hair treatment and high-frequency work for beards.

Body services include individual-area waxing, full-body waxing available by consultation, and body treatments. The Elle Experience is a 120-minute body treatment that combines a back scrub with dry brush exfoliation, a choice of relaxation massage or vibration therapy, and a shea butter wrap. A bikini or underarm lightening service is offered as a first treatment with a take-home kit and as a follow-on treatment, and it includes a complimentary Brazilian or underarm wax.

Keravive is a three-step scalp treatment with an in-office portion and a 30-day take-home spray. The first step is a HydraFacial-style cleanse and exfoliation using Vortex Technology to clear dirt, oil and impurities from the scalp and follicles. The second step applies the Keravive Peptide Complex Solution, and clients use the Peptide Complex Spray at home between visits. The salon describes the treatment as first-of-its-kind and says it is meant to support a healthy scalp and fuller-looking hair.

Each treatment is customized and individualized to the client. Skin care, waxing, HydraFacial and body services sit under one roof, with retail products available online and in the studio.
