The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. The menu covers women's and men's cuts, a kids' cut for children under 10, color and all-over color, partial and full highlights, toner and gloss, vivid colors, eyebrow tinting, brow waxing and shaping, blowouts, flat iron and curl styling, textured and curly hair services, perms, relaxers, and scalp and hair treatments.

Many of the offerings are grouped into packages that combine several steps into one timed visit. The Full Snazzy Jazzy package, from $300 and about three hours, pairs a color retouch or all-over color with a gloss or toner, a deep conditioning treatment, a haircut and a blowdry with styling. Shorter options include The Mini Snazzy Jazzy, a wash, blowout, trim and light styling finish, and Silk and Shine, which adds a deep conditioning treatment, gloss, haircut and blowout or straightening. Curly-haired clients can book Curl Rescue, which includes a scalp and hair detox, a shampoo and deep conditioner, a curly cut, curly products or oils, and diffusing. There are also packages for two people booked together and for children 10 and under.

Men have their own options, including Men's Jazz It Up, which covers a cut and taper, hair and beard color, a five-minute tea tree scalp massage, a brow and beard shape-up and a blowdry. The Men's Spa Day package offers the same cut, massage, shape-up and blowdry without color. The salon also offers snacks and drinks to clients. It says it is willing to work with clients on scheduling and budgeting, and offers Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cards on file are not charged for services, but a card can be charged for late arrivals, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, with a 50% fee. Keratin treatments require a $100 deposit. Existing package credits are applied automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.
