The studio's silk press is a thermal straightening method that the salon says leaves hair shiny, bouncy and straight. The LUXE Silk Press is designed for natural hair and includes a hydrating cleanse, a soothing scalp massage, a leave-in conditioner, a smoothing blow dry and silkening. According to the salon, a silk press normally lasts about two weeks with proper care, and keeping it dry and wrapped helps it hold.

Color work includes Color Retouch, which blends a root touch-up into the ends and covers up to one inch of regrowth, and Color Gloss in black, dark brown or clear for shine, dimension or gray coverage. Clients new to the studio, or whose color was not applied by the salon, are asked to book a Color Consultation first. That visit assesses hair condition, discusses color goals and includes a strand test, and its fee is credited toward services booked within 30 days.

New clients can book the New Client LUXE Silk Press Experience, which includes a healthy hair consultation, a hair and scalp analysis, a shampoo with scalp massage, a customized treatment, a signature silk press, a detailed end trim, styling and a hair care routine. Clients are asked to arrive on time and text the stylist on arrival at 216-326-6348, and they will be texted when the stylist is ready. Appointment times are estimates, and longer or tangle-prone hair may need extra time. Before a silk press, clients are asked to remove tangles, glue, braids and twists and to avoid heavy oils or butters. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice. Payment is due at the end of service and can be made by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Zelle or cash.

Healthy hair and good service come first, with treatments and silk presses adjusted to each client's hair and scalp.
