The salon was founded and is owned by DeLane, a licensed esthetician. It uses its own line of professional depilatory waxes and accessories, and works with soft and hard wax depending on the area. The salon describes its waxes as formulated for very sensitive skin.
Appointments are booked online, which the salon says shows the most current availability, and a waitlist is available there too. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early and to leave hair about a quarter inch long rather than trimming it at home. Brazilian and bikini services include fresh wipes and drape sheets, and clients undress in private. The salon aims to complete a Brazilian in about 15 to 20 minutes or less.
Brow shaping can be accented with Brows By LA products at no extra charge. Lash services are offered as a treatment on natural lashes, without false lashes.
