Color is the largest part of the menu. Partial and full highlights include a set amount of color, and single process pricing rises with the number of color bowls used. Balayage is hand-painted, blending natural shades on blonde hair with a darker root and lighter ends. T weave foiling covers the part line and hairline, and money piece touch-ups focus on the face-framing hairline. Bleach retouches apply bleach directly to the scalp, and a root retouch is mainly offered for darker hair, covering grey or lighter regrowth.

Extensions are maintained on a schedule. A bump up slides the beads up every five to six weeks and is booked by request. A move up, about every eight to ten weeks, removes the row, refreshes color if needed and resews it. Removal is available on its own. New installations are priced by number of rows and begin with a consultation and deposit so the hair can be ordered.

New clients have a short mini consultation with the stylist before booking, and a no-charge consultation is listed on the menu. Appointment requests must be confirmed, and any booking not confirmed 48 hours ahead is declined. Clients who arrive ten minutes or more late may not be seen, though exceptions are sometimes made. Cancelling three days ahead carries no fee, while cancellations made 48 hours or less before the appointment are charged a fee that varies by service. Hours are Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, with the studio closed Monday through Wednesday and Sunday.
