Clients travel from across southern New England, many to have gray hair blended into a natural-looking result. Others come for color in browns, blondes and reds, or for curly cutting and styling. Julia also works with women in leadership roles who want polished, professional looks.

New guests can start with a complimentary consultation to shape a plan around their hair goals. Their first visit is usually a package that includes a blow dry finish and extra time for the stylist to learn their hair. Clothing is protected with a robe and cape, root-color clients receive barrier cream, and stains are treated at the shampoo bowl. Quiet appointments are available at no added cost.

Visits are by appointment only, and the studio does not take walk-ins. New clients can book up to four weeks in advance. Parking in the building lot is free. The suite offers wifi, complimentary drinks and snacks, a lap desk and a phone charger. According to the booking page, the space is not wheelchair accessible.
