Every service starts with a consultation, and the team designs each one around the client's features. Permanent makeup is offered at three artist tiers, Artist, Director and Master, and the Director and Master tiers carry the signature services. A healing retouch is included with the first permanent makeup session, while retouches for Director and Master services are priced separately. Lip blush color is chosen against the client's natural lip tone and undertone, and it looks brighter during the first few days before settling as the skin heals.

Lash work begins with mapping the set to the client's eye shape, lash line and natural curl. The menu runs from classic through mega volume sets, with refills, extension removal, lash lifts, lash lift with tint and keratin, and eyebrow lamination. The business advises against oil-based removers and waterproof mascara on extensions, since oil breaks down the adhesive, and it recommends refills every two to three weeks.

The academy offers PMU tattoo, lash extension and lash lift tracks, open to beginners and to licensed professionals. Classes are small and hands-on, with practice on latex and live models, and graduates receive a Shabang Beauty certificate of completion. The business says every artist is licensed, that its needles are single-use and that its stations use hospital-grade sanitation.

The studios are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM and closed Sunday. Clients can book through Vagaro, by phone or through the contact form, and staff speak English and Korean.

According to the salon, designs are shaped individually to each client's facial structure and proportions, worked out by hand. Lash sets are matched to the shape of each eye and kept lightweight on natural lashes, so those lashes can continue their normal growth cycle.
