The studio began with a single lash bed in a small, cozy space and now runs four lash beds in private studios across Los Angeles. The team is made up of four women, and founder Joo Kim leads the lash work alongside them.

Each visit takes place in a private room with the door closed, and a thorough consultation is included with every treatment. Clients who are unsure which service suits them can book a consultation first. The Brentwood studio is open Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and the Downtown studio runs Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, closed Sundays. Culver City hours are not listed.

Lash extensions use synthetic cashmere lashes made from 100% polyester fiber, and refills use medical-grade adhesive. The lash lift and brow lamination treatments use aloe vera and castor oil, and the lash lift also contains keratin. The lash lift solutions are applied to silicone pads so they do not touch the skin. The studio says its materials are organic, non-toxic and animal cruelty free, and describes its offering as clean and healthy beauty.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice to avoid a $50 charge to the card on file, and changes made inside that window are charged the same amount. A no-show is charged $50 and does not qualify for future appointments. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Lash extension appointments booked more than three weeks after the last visit are charged as a full set. Outside fills and refills done elsewhere are not accepted. Bottom lash tint cannot be booked alone and must be combined with the keratin lash lift, and extensions can be booked 48 hours after a lash lift.

The studio is listed as wheelchair accessible, women-owned and open to all, and offers free Wi-Fi, street parking and private lot parking. It accepts credit cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
