The menu is broad. Nail enhancements include gel fill-ins and full sets, Gel X, poly gel, builder gel, dipping powder, colour acrylic, ombre and pink and white sets, with fill-in prices listed separately. Natural nail services range from a basic manicure and pedicure to spa versions with sugar scrub, paraffin wax and a hot towel, and a deluxe pedicure. Gel polish can be added to most of them.
Beyond nails, the salon offers eyelash extensions in several styles, from strips and clusters up to volume, hybrid and classic mink sets, along with eyelash lifts and tints. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, chest and back. Brow tinting and henna brows are also available, as are permanent makeup and makeup services, and LED liquid gel.
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. A separate children's care menu covers manicures, pedicures and polish changes for clients aged 9 and under. Gift certificates are available, and complimentary drinks and soft drinks are offered during a visit.
The salon asks clients to confirm prices with their nail technician before service, since the menu lists starting prices. Appointments can be cancelled or changed by phone at least 30 minutes ahead. Walk-ins are not the focus of the booking policy, but call-ahead and same-day reservations are offered.
The salon says most of its nail products are organic and that some of them contain vitamins it describes as supporting nail growth.
