Lash work is customized. Each lash set is planned around the client's natural lashes and eye shape, and the client is consulted before lashing begins. Fills have conditions: a full set is charged when less than half of a client's lashes remain, and foreign fills for lashes set elsewhere require at least half of the previous set to be intact on both eyes. Brow appointments begin with mapping, and a patch test is recommended before a first visit.
