Brow work is a major part of the menu. Each shaping starts with brow mapping, then the brows are shaped with wax, tweezers or a combination of both. Clients with sensitive skin can request tweezing only, and a hydrojelly mask can be added to a shaping visit. Color and set options are also available: a semi-permanent tint that darkens and defines brow hairs, a henna-based stain that colors both skin and hair, and brow lamination, which smooths and sets the brow hairs. Tint typically lasts two to five days on the skin and two to four weeks on the hair. Stain lasts seven to ten days on the skin and up to six weeks on the hair. Lamination typically lasts four to six weeks. All of these depend on skincare routine, hair growth cycle and aftercare. Brow service prices can change when they are combined with other services.

Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, back, stomach, legs, bikini and more, from a single area to full body sections. The studio uses a wax it describes as high quality and designed for smoother, longer-lasting removal, and says it aims to keep waxing as comfortable as possible. According to the studio, the Brazilian is one of its most popular services. It can be paired with a vajacial or a skin lightening treatment.

Intimate skin treatments include the vajacial and intimate skin brightening, offered for ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation. The Korean lash lift uses lash products to lift and curl natural lashes, and is suited to lashes that are stubborn, straight or grow downward. It includes a lash tint, takes about one to one and a half hours, and can last six to eight weeks with proper aftercare.

Payment is taken at the visit by cash, credit card, Zelle or Venmo. A card may be held for some bookings and is charged only for a late cancellation or no-show. Services are non-refundable, but concerns raised within 24 hours are addressed, with the studio working toward a solution. There is a five-minute grace period for late arrivals, and clients ten or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Extra guests, children and pets are not permitted unless arranged in advance. After waxing, clients are asked to avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, heavy sweating and direct sun for at least 24 to 48 hours. Gentle exfoliation two to three times a week, starting 48 to 72 hours after waxing, and a fragrance-free lotion are suggested. The studio recommends waxing every three to six weeks for best long-term results.
