The studio's core service is lash extensions. Sets come in Classic, Hybrid and Volume application, each in a Natural or Glamour look. Classic sets range from Natural Classic 60 to Full Glamour Classic 120, Full Luxe 2D applies two extensions to each natural lash for a fuller result, Full Hybrid Volume mixes Classic and Volume lashes (usually half of each), and The Volume Set 3D-4D and The Mega Volume Set 5D-6D are the densest options. Lash extensions are offered in three curls, from B for the most natural look, to C for a medium curl, to D for the most dramatic. Clients can choose from thickness options of 0.15mm or 0.20mm for Classic and 0.07mm or 0.05mm for Hybrid and Volume, and lengths from 6mm to 18mm. Four classic shapes are available: natural eye, open eye, cat eye and doll eye. Lashes are double heat-rolled for a longer-lasting curl. Bottom lash extensions are also offered, and removal is available without damaging natural lashes.

Between full sets, clients return for touch-up refills, priced by set type and by how many weeks have passed, from one to four weeks. Refills booked after the refill window are treated as the following week's refill, and refills booked after 24 days are charged the new set price. Lash extensions from another salon are charged at the three-week refill price, with an extra $30 if the old lashes must be removed.

On the lash and brow side, the studio offers lash lifts with or without tint, lash tint (a semi-permanent dye that darkens lashes), and brow shaping through waxing or tweezing. Brow lamination perms the brow hairs for a fuller, more even look with a smooth finish, and the studio lists it as a good option for thinning or unruly brows. Several lash and brow combinations are priced together. A Teen Brow Shaping special is available for clients 18 and under.

Booking policies: a credit card is needed to hold every appointment. Changes or cancellations made at least six business hours ahead are free. Later cancellations are charged 30% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged $50. Clients who cancel frequently may be asked for a full deposit and at least 72 hours' notice. Reminders and confirmation requests go out 24 hours before appointments, and unconfirmed slots may be released. Late arrivals are charged the full service price. The studio does not offer refunds, so service concerns should be raised with the salon directly.

Each set can be tailored: stylists can adjust lash length on each side of the eye and add wispy lashes. A single test lash can be placed beside a natural lash to check length before the full set goes on.
