Owner Cindy Ludwick set out to open her own salon and created Seven & Mane. The team includes six stylists led by Cindy, and the business aims for clients to leave feeling pampered and ready for their day. It says it works toward long-term client relationships, invests in its staff's careers, and gives back to the community and to charitable organizations.
Clients can book online or by phone. A complimentary consultation is available for any service to talk through timing, expectations and pricing, and several services can be booked in one visit. Services are offered at more than one stylist level depending on experience and availability. Salon hours are Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on alternate Saturdays only. Spa hours can differ, so spa clients are asked to call. Reservations require a credit card, which is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Gift cards are sold.
The salon says it uses professional products and tools it considers among the best available. The team has access to continuing education and training, and the spa is currently recruiting a licensed massage therapist and additional stylists.
