Before most appointments, a brief medical clearance call confirms eligibility for the first session, and new clients complete a consultation and medical history form before their first laser treatment. Laser hair removal is priced by area size, from $34 for extra-small areas to $639 for a full body treatment, and pricing varies by treatment, area and location. Full body treatment requires a $100 deposit. Clients are asked to shave the area 24 to 48 hours before each session, avoid sun and tanning for at least two weeks beforehand, and wait at least seven days after treatment before shaving again. Mild redness or slight swelling is common and usually settles within a few hours. Laser is not performed over tattooed skin, and the provider avoids treating skin over or near tattoos.

Laser facials, which take about 15 minutes, are described as a way to clarify skin, reduce redness and boost collagen. SkinPen microneedling is offered for texture, fine lines, acne scars and firmness. Cosmetic injections include Xeomin, Botox and Juvederm, along with tox injections and filler. Laser plan payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Laser facial memberships carry a six-month minimum and then continue month to month until cancelled through the online account portal. Packages never expire, are non-refundable and are non-transferable.
