Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, and cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment requires a 50% deposit of the scheduled services before rebooking. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and a no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled services to the card on file. Appointments outside regular booking days and hours may be available on request.
