The set styles differ mainly in look. The Natural Set is a very short, natural-looking set that the business suggests for first-time lash extension clients. Brown Wet Set gives a brown eyeliner effect, Wispy Wet Set is light and airy with a darker lash line, and the volume options, including Mega Volume and Wispy Volume, are fuller. Full sets are priced from $85 to $100, with the Wednesday Special at $70 and Birthday Lashes at $75. Refills run from $65 to $70 and need at least half of the lashes still in place; they can only be booked after a matching SÈSA set. Most appointments take 120 minutes, and Birthday Lashes take 120 minutes or more.
Booking requires a deposit. Cancelling or rescheduling forfeits the deposit, and a new one is needed to book another time. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the deposit and the slot. A no-show results in being banned from rebooking. All sales and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, and card reader (chip, contactless, and Tap-to-Pay on iPhone). Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery and a message.
Ultimate Lash Training is a one-on-one, one-day class of six hours, taught by licensed esthetician Eda Deveci. It costs $500 and requires a $150 deposit.
Set styles range from a very short natural look to fuller volume and wispy options, and refills are tied to a matching SÈSA set.
