The menu covers a wide range of services under one roof. Massage options include Swedish, sports, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and couples massage, with 60 and 90 minute lengths for most styles. Facials range from a 15 minute add-on to a 60 minute Pristine Facial, and a Customized Facial begins with a consultation and works on specific skin concerns. A Gentleman's Facial is formulated for men's skin and includes extractions and special care for the beard area. Body treatments include a back facial for clearing congested pores, a 45 minute Stone Crop Body Wrap with scrub, wrap, massage and moisturizing, and a 30 minute skin tag removal for up to three tags.

Hair services include wash and blow dry, wash and press, wash and curl, wash and twist and braid downs. Braiding and installation options cover feed-in stitches by count, box braids and knotless braids in small, medium and large sizes, regular, closure and frontal sew-ins, and wig units. Curls can be added to sew-ins for a small extra charge, and length charges of $5 to $10 apply to some styling.

The brow and lash offerings are a major part of the business. Semi-permanent services include microblading, ombre brows, Pristine Brows (a combination of microblading and powder brow styling), Pristine Eyeliner, lip blush, dark lip neutralization and brow touch-ups at set intervals, along with brow tattoo lightening or removal. Complimentary consultations are offered for semi-permanent makeup. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with refills every two to three weeks. The spa notes that a full set price applies if a refill is missed for four weeks.

Pristine Beauty Academy runs a Lash Class and a Microblading with Microshading Class. The shop sells Eminence Organics skincare, Pristine Beauty Extensions, Pristine Beauty Lashes, Prissy accessories and gift cards. The Pristine Beauty Spa Lyfestyle Membership is $49 per month, is month to month, and can be cancelled at any time. Members receive retail and gift card discounts, early notice of events and promotions, friends and family referral discounts, 20 percent off select services and free spa upgrades. Membership refunds are not offered, and the membership total is credited to services.
