Serenity's Lashes offers two main groups of service: brows and lashes. Brow appointments run from a 20-minute mapping and waxing visit up to a one-hour session that combines waxing, tinting and lamination. Microshading is the longest brow service, at 2 hours 30 minutes.

Lash services cover the full range of extension styles. Soft Glam, Mixed, Goddess, Drama and Wispy sets each have a first-set price and a refill price, with first sets taking 1.5 to 2 hours and refills about an hour. Smaller add-ons include bottom lashes, a mini refill and lash removal, which takes 30 minutes.

The Drama Set uses handmade mega volume fans for a full, dark lash line. The Goddess Set uses handmade volume lashes for a fuller look. The Wispy Set mixes short 3D lashes with longer spikes to create a strip lash effect. The Soft Glam Set suits clients who want natural, subtle lashes, and the Mixed Set is described as natural but dramatic.

Visit policies are firm. Payment is cash only, and other methods carry a $10 fee. Deposits are nonrefundable, and rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice; after three reschedules, another deposit is required. Clients have a 10-minute grace period before an appointment is cancelled, and a missed appointment without notice carries a $50 rebooking fee on top of the $10 deposit. Refills need at least half of the client's lashes still in place. Lash damage should be reported within 48 hours, or a refill or full set should be booked. The studio does not work over other lash extensions, so clients with existing extensions need a removal before a new set. Extra guests are only allowed if they are also receiving services.
