The studio describes its services as top-tier.

Brow appointments run from about 30 minutes for a wax or tint to roughly three hours for a brow lamination paired with lash extensions. Lash fills are priced by interval, at 1, 2 or 3 weeks after the last visit. A fill must be booked within 2-3 weeks of the previous appointment and needs at least 40% of lashes remaining; after four weeks it is charged as a full set. Fills are not offered on work done by other artists, so a removal and full set come first. A patch test and a fix appointment are also listed.

Booking requires a non-refundable $20 deposit that goes toward the total, and the balance is paid in cash at the visit. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, mascara and oily products, and a $10 cleaning fee may apply if a lash bath is needed. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full and forfeit the deposit, and more than two no-shows leads to being blocked from future bookings. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are marked as no-shows. Extra guests and children are not permitted, and clients with eye infections or cold or flu symptoms are asked to reschedule.

Refunds are not issued. Any issue should be reported within 48 hours, and a complimentary fix may be offered when it is appropriate.
