Every visit begins with a consultation so the treatment is matched to the client's skin. Facials are customized on the day and start with a skin analysis. Free online AI skin analysis is also available on the website and recommends a facial. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Online booking shows live availability, and clients can choose their provider online or by phone. Parking is available at the door.

Facial pricing runs between $10 and $695, massage ranges from $112.50 to $337.50, brow work falls between $35 and $100, and permanent makeup begins at $150. The flagship Custom Serenity Facial is a 60-minute treatment priced at $145. Couples can reserve the 90-minute Couples Night Out for $285, which includes hors d'oeuvres, champagne, two facials, and a private treatment room for each guest. Corporate and group wellness options are also available.

Monthly memberships priced between $149.95 and $399.95 provide 15% to 25% off services, and the monthly payment is credited toward any service.
