Skin treatments include the Aquagold Facial, a micro-infusion facial built from a custom blend chosen by the nurse injection specialist, which can be repeated as often as every four weeks. Microneedling is offered for scars, collagen, fine lines, sun damage, stretch marks and hair growth. A medium-depth VI Chemical Peel is also available, and the business says its results can appear in as little as seven days. Plasma pen treatments, dermaplaning and the Glowbiotics MD Peel round out the skin menu. Orthopedic massage sessions run 75 minutes, include aromatherapy, and are performed on a Body Support System positioning device.

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and prepaid services must be used within one year of purchase. Med spa treatment sales are final, with no refunds or credits once treatment is completed. Payment covers the treatments performed rather than a specific result. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, otherwise a $50 fee may be charged. Prescription products, including Latisse and Tretinoin, cannot be returned. Children are asked not to attend appointments, and clients consent to photos of treatment areas used to evaluate effectiveness. Confirmations are sent by email or text, so clients should keep their email and cell number current, and they are asked to book the next appointment before leaving, especially for a series.

Laser hair removal clients should come in clean shaven in the treatment area on the day of treatment, since shaving by the laser specialist carries an extra charge. Waxing, bleaching or tweezing the area should be avoided for two weeks before the appointment, and intense sun exposure should be avoided for 14 days before and after.
