Ricardo Cuevas

Ricardo Cuevas is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist at Serenity Med Spa. He holds a current South Carolina Licensed Massage/Bodywork Therapist license, #6963, and maintains current massage and bodywork licenses in South Carolina, Florida and New York. He graduated in 1992 from the Hawaiian Islands School of Body Therapies in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, and began practicing massage therapy that same year.

He completed a 630-hour orthopedic massage therapy training program and practices integrative orthopedic massage, addressing musculoskeletal and myofascial conditions. He has twenty-seven years of massage and bodywork experience. From 1992 to 2006 he owned and operated a private practice on Long Island, New York, building a client base of over 850, mostly through referrals from physicians, physical therapists and chiropractors. From 2006 to 2010 he ran a private practice in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and he then spent seven years in Naples, Florida, in associative practice with the Joint Replacement Institute and TruGlo MedSpa.
