Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Later changes may be charged 30% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price and may be asked to prepay future visits. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment is shortened or rebooked, and the owner may make exceptions for emergencies.
