The studio describes its services as trauma-informed and gender-affirming. Service names are genderless, so genital waxes are booked by the studio's own names rather than terms such as Brazilian or bikini. Full body waxing uses a custom blend of hard and soft professional waxes chosen for each client's skin and hair. Disposable gloves, sanitized tools and no double-dipping are used during every wax, following state board protocols. The price of a wax does not rise for a larger body, and if more time is needed, staff help schedule future appointments.

All services are by appointment only, including on sliding scale days. Each booking requires a credit card on file, which is not charged at booking. Clients have a five-minute grace period, and arriving later than that means rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours of the start time carry a 50% fee, and missed appointments without notice carry a 99% fee. Before a wax, hair should be about 1/4 inch long, roughly the size of a grain of rice, so clients who shave should let it grow at least two weeks first and should not trim beforehand. Clients are advised to avoid alcohol and caffeine and to stay hydrated. Menstruating clients may come in with a clean tampon or menstrual cup, and waxing is offered during pregnancy after a consultation with a doctor.

Sliding scale days are held every four weeks on a Wednesday. Eligible services are priced between 50% and 100% of the standard cost, and clients choose their price within that range without proof of income. A waitlist is kept when slots are full. Post-op scar treatments can be booked from six weeks after surgery. Skin brightening uses the Bryght four-step system with LED light therapy, and the studio recommends pairing it with a wax and booking sessions two to six weeks apart.

Full body waxing is a custom blend of hard and soft professional waxes matched to each client's skin and hair, with disposable gloves, sanitized tools and no double-dipping.
