About

Serene Skin & Wax is located in Suite 101 at Loft 25, 14420 W Elm St, in Surprise. The salon says it specializes in full body waxing, with a menu that moves from brows and face down through the arms, torso, back and legs.

Three-, six- and twelve-session packages cover eyebrow, underarm, full butt and Brazilian waxes, with full leg packages offered in six and twelve sessions. Savings range from 10 to 20 percent depending on package size, and package credits are applied automatically at checkout when a service is booked on the services page.

Some services are specific in scope. A vajacial add-on includes ingrown extractions, the Brazilian wax covers the bikini area and butt strip and is offered to women, and a male Brazilian wax is booked only on Tuesdays and requires a $70 deposit.

Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Appointments should be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50 percent of the service cost, and so are no-shows. A client who arrives more than seven minutes late without contacting the salon is treated as a no-show, and the male Brazilian deposit is non-refundable under the same conditions.

The salon says it uses top quality products and takes a personalized approach to each client.
