The Surprise studio at 15240 N 142nd Ave is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. The Thousand Oaks studio at 60 N Rancho Rd, Suite 260 is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Clients can reach the studio by phone at 805-666-9837 or by email.

Extension sets come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. A volume set places two to six extensions on each natural lash, while a mega volume set places seven to twenty. Lash lifts lift and curl natural lashes for up to eight weeks, and a lift can be paired with a tint that darkens lashes for a mascara-like look. Fills are booked by how long it has been since the last visit: a 30-minute fill covers small gaps within a week of the last fill, and fills after three weeks need an extended fill. Brow lamination asks clients to stop retinol or tretinoin seven to ten days beforehand and keep brows dry for 24 hours.

Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Late arrivals may have shortened appointments, and the full price still applies. Appointments cancelled or moved within 24 hours carry a fee of half the service price, and services and products are not refunded. If lashes shed mostly within one to three days because of the adhesive, the studio will fix them at no charge. Concerns about a service must be raised within 72 hours.

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit, micro-welded and has no clasp. Pieces start at $10 and take about 30 minutes. Options include gold and stainless steel rings, bracelets, anklets and necklaces, and a jewelry fix is offered at no charge.

Work is one-on-one and tailored to each client. The studio says its extensions are safe for natural lashes.
