The facial menu is built around European Dermalogica treatments. The European Dermalogica Signature Facial runs 60 minutes for $80 and includes double cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, massage, a masque, hydration and SPF protection. The Serene Holistic Signature Facial uses a sonic facial brush, enzymes, extractions and a Kansa wand massage. Pro facials include a Detox version with cupping therapy, a Bright version that combines anti-aging and brightening work with radio frequency, a Calm and Hydrating version with LED light, cold globes and gua sha tools, and custom blend and Himalayan salt wand options.

Microdermabrasion uses diamond-tipped tools to lift away dead skin cells. Dermaplaning clears the surface layer and fine vellus hair without firm pressure, chemical agents or vacuum action. LED light therapy can be added to a microdermabrasion session for $20 more. The 75-minute HydraFacial costs $250 and combines an ultrasonic scrubber, high-frequency treatment, a radio frequency oxygen spray and LED light therapy. Also offered are microchanneling, NanoInfusion, lactic, glycolic and salicylic chemical peels, and back facials with or without microdermabrasion. Packages bundle several of these treatments, and their pricing varies.

Body contouring is offered by area, including cavitation, which uses ultrasound to break down fat cells below the skin without surgery. Sessions run 30 minutes, and lipo laser, lymphatic drainage and radio frequency are available for the same areas, with pricing that varies. Threading is available only as an add-on to facials. Reflexology, hand, foot and scalp treatments and henna tattoos round out the menu. Clients can book by phone at 703-899-5136 or online, and gift cards are sold in $10, $20, $50 and $100 amounts or a custom amount.
