Several stylists work at the studio. Clients can book with any of them and change stylists freely. Online booking is available, which the salon says takes under a minute. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment only.
The menu covers cuts for children, men and women, color from retouches to full foil highlights, chemical services such as perms and relaxers, extensions, and facial waxing. Women's and men's haircuts include a consultation, scalp massage, shampoo and blow-dry. Extension pricing is set after a free consultation. Clients who cannot recreate their stylist's results at home can get help finding products for home use, and the salon says every product used in services is guaranteed 100 percent.
