The menu centers on nails. Manicures range from a classic manicure at $25 to an organic manicure at $35, a gel manicure at $40, and a dip powder manicure at $50. Acrylic and Gel-X work is also offered, with full set acrylic at $55, refills at $45 and Gel-X extensions at $70. The booking menu also lists a Russian manicure, a BIAB builder-in-a-bottle manicure, builder gel, and a classic manicure with a collagen-steam treatment. French nail designs in ombre, cat eye, marble and deep curl styles are available.

Pedicures include a DPH salt soak at $45, a gel pedicure at $55, an organic spa pedicure at $55, and the house Serena's Signature pedicure at $65, which can also be booked with gel application. Every pedicure is done with liner protection. Add-ons such as gel application at $15, chrome at $15, nail art or fixing a single nail at $5 each, and gel polish change at $32 can be added to services. Cuticle cleaning is an optional add-on for dip, gel-X and builder gel services at $10. Gel, dip, acrylic and Gel-X full sets that chip within 3 days can be touched up at no cost if the client calls during that window.

Waxing covers brows and lips, underarms and full arms, bikini line, half or full legs, chest and Brazilian work, and the booking menu includes full face and chin waxing. Eyelash services include lash refills at $65 for two weeks and $75 or more after more than three weeks, full sets from $130 to $170, eyebrow tinting at $30, and lash tinting and lash lift. The salon accepts cash and card. Its stated policies are that no refunds are issued and that parties of more than 3 people need a deposit of 40% of the total, applied to the final payment, along with 48 hours' notice for large parties. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are treated as walk-ins.

Tools and electrical instruments are cleaned and go through an approved sanitizing and disinfecting process before reuse, and buffers and files are used once and then discarded.
