The color menu runs from a short gloss or toner visit to multi-hour blonding appointments. Gray coverage has its own options: a root refresh, a demi permanent gray blending touch-up that fades gradually rather than giving full coverage, and a maintenance blonde with root coverage for clients who want both brightness and gray handled in one visit. Blonding options include a Classic Highlight using traditional foil, a Lived-In Blonde Session for softer dimensional color that grows out with less upkeep, and a Blonding Transformation for first-time blondes or larger changes.

Hair services include women's and men's cuts, a children's cut for ages 10 and under, bang trims and undercut shaves, heat styling on dry hair, and a signature blowout. Extensions can be installed, or moved up and adjusted if already in. Special event styling covers updos, half up-half down looks and bridal hair, with on-site styling available by inquiry.

Color and extension consultations are free and run roughly 15 minutes. In-person clients can pay over time with Buy Now, Pay Later on bookings between $50 and $4,000, but the plan must be approved before the appointment. Changing or missing a booking with under a day's warning, or not showing up on the day, triggers a 50% charge. Gift cards are sold for $50, $75, $100 or $200, or for a custom amount, and once purchased they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
