The menu is built around hair. Services include women's haircuts with blow-dry and styling, men's haircuts, professional blow-drys, and root touch-ups or single-process color in several forms, from a single root or all-over color to custom color for clients who are unsure what they want. Highlight services range from accent and face-framing foils to partial and full blonding, with cut, blow-out or no-blow-dry finishes available. A Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, which adds a protein layer to reduce frizz, is also offered, along with formal up-dos for weddings, balls and nights out.

Waxing is offered for the chin, lips, brows, and lip and chin together. Consultations are a practical starting point: a free 30-minute Client Consult, a 30-minute Halo Consultation for clients interested in adding length (with a deposit), and a 10-minute Bridal Information call where bridal pricing is provided on request by email.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice or a 50% fee applies to the card on file, and missed appointments without notice incur a full service fee. Reminders are sent 48 and 24 hours before each visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.
