The salon describes its aim as meeting client expectations through professionalism, warmth and careful service. Visits begin with a one-on-one consultation, which can be arranged when booking by phone, so the stylist can learn what a client wants before any service begins.

Services fall into two groups. The color side includes single-process tints, semi-permanent shades, corrective color work, color glazes, highlighting, highlighting with color, and lowlights. The hair side covers cutting, blow-drying and styling for men and women, thermal curling, heat-based reconditioning and straightening, hair extensions, coiffures, relaxers, permanent waves, and conditioning treatments.

The salon uses the SACHAJUAN hair care line, which its maker says was developed by Swedish scientists starting in the early 2000s and is built around combining style with substance and form with function.

Chemical services such as color and relaxers require a 50% deposit, which is refunded at the stylist's discretion. Bookings are secured with a credit card number, cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and short-notice cancellations carry a 50% fee. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and appointments begin at the scheduled time so the full service fits.
