Services are grouped into color, consultations, haircuts, styling and treatments. New clients need a 15-minute consultation before any color service, which can be done in person or virtually and is free. Color and extension consultations require a $50 deposit, which is applied to the service total. Color appointments run long, from about an hour for a root touch-up to around four and a half hours for a complete dimensional color with a cut.

The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 1 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations incur a non-refundable fee of half the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged the full service. Deposits are non-refundable for late changes or no-shows. Gift cards come in $100, $200, $300 and $400 amounts or a custom value, and sales are final.
