The menu is built around braids in many sizes and forms. Knotless braids are the salon's best-known work, which it describes as easy to manage and lightweight. Across every braided style, the salon aims for consistent parts. Size is described by the number of rows, for example four rows on each side of the front for a Large Knotless or 14 rows across the head for an XSmall Knotless, and appointment length follows the style, from about 10 minutes for some services to up to 30 hours for the smallest knotless styles, which are done over two days when longer than waist length.

Some styles need a consultation first. For these, clients are asked to call the salon at 662-939-1051 so the stylist can get an exact picture of the look they want. Braiding hair is included in the price of most knotless and stitch braid services. Clients bringing their own hair for crochet, micro, Boho or Miracle Knot styles should check with the salon. Boho hair is also sold at the salon for $60 a pack.

Some services take a $10.00 deposit at booking. A 30% fee applies to missed appointments, so clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they need to reschedule. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
