Pricing is listed by service, and many styles start at a set price. Knotless braids start at $250 and come in small, medium and large sizes up to butt length, usually taking about six hours with braiding hair included. Kids' styles are priced at child rates for children under 10, while anyone 10 or older is charged adult rates, and clients send a photo of the desired look so the team can confirm price and timing.

New clients are asked for a $20 deposit on many services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee charged to the card on file, and after two no-shows future bookings may require full prepayment. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.
