Scalp work is a major part of the menu. The one-hour Deep Scalp Treatment combines gentle exfoliation, cleansing massage, steam and a blow dry, and is suited to oily or sensitive scalps. The Glow & Flow Scalp Ritual is a set of five one-hour sessions that adds head massage, shoulder and neck release, mini facial care and an herbal rinse; its sessions have no expiration date. Duo specials pair a scalp session with a massage or a facial at reduced rates.

Booking is recommended at least 24 hours ahead, by phone or text at (718) 207-3888, or by WeChat under SENAbeautyNYC. A $50 deposit per person is required in advance to hold an appointment. Cancellations and reschedules should be made by text or phone. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows or late arrivals that cannot be accommodated, and package members who cancel within 24 hours have that session deducted. The business accepts up to five bookings per time slot. Gift cards redeemable for any service are sold in amounts including $128, $148, $158, $258 and $560, and gift card bookings require a credit card.

Each treatment is personalised to the client. Herbal methods rooted in Eastern traditions are paired with technology held to medical-grade standards, drawn from Western practice.
