The studio was founded by owner Elisa Vieira after she left a long career in the corporate world. Facials and waxing are the core of the menu, and each treatment is adjusted to the individual client's skin.

Services are grouped into facials, waxing and add-ons. Facials run from 45 to 70 minutes, from the Mini Classic Bella Facial, a simpler cleanse, exfoliation and hydration visit, up to the 70-minute options that add LED light therapy, extractions, high-frequency work, enzyme peels or oxygen-focused care. Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, bikini line, chest, legs and back. Quick add-ons include Dermaflash Pro exfoliation, a warm oil scalp treatment, and exfoliating treatments for hands and feet.

Appointments are booked during set weekly hours, and the business applies a 24-hour cancellation policy: cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee.

Each treatment is customized to the client's skin, with the aim of pairing results with a relaxing visit.
