The massage menu covers Swedish, a Swedish and deep tissue combination, deep tissue, sport, prenatal, Gua Sha and Graston, cupping, hot stone, and reflexology. Couple massage has two people receiving treatment at the same time in one private room, on two tables, with two therapists; clients can ask for a deep tissue or relaxation style. Couple massage requires booking two services at the same time. Prenatal massage is for clients past the first trimester, and clients 40 or older, or with a high-risk pregnancy, must provide a doctor's note within 30 days of the appointment.

The Express Facial is a 30-minute visit that includes a skin analysis, double cleanse, exfoliation, toner, a short decollete massage, a mask, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Other options include a customized 60-minute Classic Sorella Apothecary Facial, microdermabrasion, HydroDiamond, a Sorella Apothecary chemical peel (which includes a pre-treatment step called The Prep), a back facial covering the shoulders and back, and a Gentlemen's Facial designed for men's skin care needs such as post-shave irritation and ingrown hairs.

Body treatments include a Signature Salt or Sugar Body Scrub, where the client chooses salt or sugar combined with an essential oil and moisturizers, a Kona Coffee Body Scrub, and a Seaweed Body Wrap made with seaweed, spirulina, clay, and sea salt. The spa also offers infrared sauna sessions and halotherapy in a room styled to resemble a salt cave, using Himalayan salt and halo-generator equipment. The spa says these can help with pain relief and detoxification, and with symptoms such as asthma, allergies, and bronchitis; these are the spa's own claims.

Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, underarms, arms, legs, chest, back, bikini, and Brazilian areas. The spa states that waxing removes hair at the root, so new hair may take up to eight weeks to return. New guests must give a credit card or gift card to reserve services. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50 percent, and same-day cancellations are charged 100 percent.
