The studio says it combines clinical precision with a nurturing visit intended to support both the skin and the nervous system. The atmosphere is described as cozy and somewhat luxurious, with a warm, sensory feel. Treatments are tailored to each client rather than set to a single routine.

Acne is a major focus. The Acne Program pairs education with customized treatments matched to each client's acne grade, plus a homecare kit chosen for that client's skin. A Starter Session includes a consultation, a treatment plan and an acne-focused treatment, and longer Acne Clarity Series options run from six to ten customized facials spaced every two to four weeks. Clients who finish a series can book follow-up facials at a reduced rate and receive discounts on products, lash and brow services, and certain body and facial treatments.

The facial menu ranges from a short teen facial to a set of Glass Skin Nanoinfusion treatments, which use nano-sized pyramids instead of needles and are described as non-invasive with no downtime. Glo2Facial treatments, which the studio describes as medical-grade, are offered in three levels, and a Red Carpet Hydrofacial combines dermaplaning, hydrofacial and cold therapy with an optional nanoinfusion add-on. Peels include a Korean Spicule Peel using marine spicules, and customized peels that use Face Reality Skincare products and need a consultation first. Customized Retreat, Escape and Getaway facials add elements such as high frequency, LED therapy, a Korean treatment and massage.

Beyond skin care, the studio offers lash extensions, fill-ins, lash lifts and Korean lash lifts, extension removal, and a Lash & Glow option that pairs a lash service with a Getaway facial. Brow services include lamination, a semi-permanent hybrid tint and a combined lash lift package. Facial and body waxing is available by area, and a Back Treatment covers a deep cleanse, enzyme treatment, back massage and LED therapy.

Booking has a few set policies. A 20% non-refundable retainer is due at booking, and a no-show fee of 50% of the service applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or none. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Monthly memberships and packages are booked through the services page and their credits apply at checkout.

Corrective facial work is customized to each client's skin, with clinical precision set alongside a sensory, supportive visit that the studio says is meant to care for both skin and the nervous system.
