The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesdays set aside for virtual consultations, Saturday hours still to be determined, and Sundays closed.

Visits start with a free 15-minute virtual consultation, which can be booked online, by phone or in person. Before the first in-person appointment, clients complete treatment forms and any contraindications are identified. The Clinical Intake Facial is required for new clients and for anyone returning after four or more months. It runs 75 minutes and includes a full consultation and diagnostic evaluation, a triple cleanse, exfoliation, hydration, lymphatic stimulation and barrier-strengthening work, along with three full-size clinical-grade home care products.

Electrolysis is the studio's permanent hair removal service, treating each follicle individually with galvanic, thermolysis, or a blend of both methods. Appointments run 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The studio notes that most people need roughly six to eight appointments in the first three months, spaced no more than three weeks apart, and that full permanent results take one to two years or more, averaging about a year and a half. Skin Classic, a non-laser option, addresses minor irregularities such as skin tags, broken capillaries, cherry angiomas and clogged pores, starting at $35 per irregularity.

The Glow Social is a group wellness session for women, for groups of up to 15, combining a guided skincare session with wellness stations. Guests perform the facial on their own skin with professional instruction, need no prior experience, and do not need to bring any products. It can be booked as a gift. Selah Scalp Spa offers two head spa rituals focused on scalp health and relaxation, and the studio also runs educational workshops on caring for skin at home.
