Extension options are Wet Set, Classic Set, Hybrid Set, Wispy Hybrid Set, Volume Set and Wispy Volume Set, and the studio books both full sets and fill-ins. Lash lifts come in two forms. The traditional lift uses a silicone rod to curl lashes from root to tip, with a subtle or more defined result available. The Korean lift uses a flat shield to lift lashes straight up from the root without traditional adhesive, and the studio recommends it for downturned lashes. Lift results last four to six weeks.

Brow services cover tinting, waxing and lamination. The About page also mentions relaxing facials and skincare product advice.

Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and to skip caffeinated drinks. Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks to replace naturally shed lashes. After extensions, avoid water, steam and sweat for the first 24 hours and skip oil-based removers, cleansers and moisturizers. After a lift, avoid water, steam, heavy sweating and mascara for the first 24 hours. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee. Clients with less than 40% of their extensions left should contact the studio before the appointment so the visit can be adjusted or rebooked. Cash and major credit and debit cards are accepted. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm, with the studio closed Sunday and Wednesday.

The studio also teaches lash artistry. The Beginner course, priced at $600, covers lash anatomy, application, safety, consultations and business basics, and includes training materials, a lash kit, an e-book and certification. The Advanced course, priced at $275, is for experienced lash artists and covers retention, speed lashing, mapping and business growth, with an e-book and a certificate of completion.
