Appointments are built around transparency and personalized care. Color is matched to each client rather than applied from a fixed formula, and large color transformations and corrective color work begin with a consultation before booking.
Booking terms are set out in advance. Services are non-refundable, and the studio offers one complimentary adjustment within 7 days of an appointment, for the same service, if a client is unhappy with the result. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes carry a fee of half the scheduled service. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service, and a non-refundable deposit may be required for appointments longer than 3 hours. Only clients receiving services may be in the studio unless arranged otherwise.
