Lash appointments range from a Classic Half Set, which gives 50% coverage, to a Classic Full Set, which uses one extension per natural lash and takes about three hours. Half Set clients need to book a Half Set for every fill to keep that look.

Between sets, clients book fills on a timeline. Fills are offered at one, two, three and four weeks in Classic, Hybrid and Volume versions, and each has a booking window counted from the last appointment. Fills at one and two weeks in the Classic and Hybrid styles, and the three-week fills, are limited to existing clients. Clients who wear extensions from another salon can book an outside fill within 21 days if at least 40% of their extensions remain. Four-week fills need at least 20% of extensions remaining.

The Korean Lash Lift is a customized treatment that lifts and curls the natural lash line and comes with an aftercare kit. A keratin-infused tint in a dark brown-black hue can be added. The lift lasts 6 to 8 weeks and the tint 8 to 12 weeks. Lash extension removal is also offered.

Haircuts are priced by age and by length. Women's cuts are sorted into chin-length or shorter, between chin and shoulder, and past the shoulder. Men's, girls' and boys' cuts have their own prices by age, and a 10-minute bang trim is available on its own.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving 15 minutes or more late means the appointment will be rescheduled. No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service and are not accepted for future bookings. Products and services are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.

Lash services are timed around the natural lashes and how far a set has grown out, with fills and half sets booked on set intervals.
