Head and scalp care is the studio's specialty. A classic session usually begins with a warm-water cleanse, moves into a long massage across the scalp, neck and shoulders, and finishes with conditioning care. Each visit starts with a conversation about what the scalp and body need, and the ritual is shaped around the guest. Options range from a 30-minute Scalp Care session to 60- and 90-minute head spas, including an Asian Multi Herbs version that uses a warmed blend of traditional herbs. Couples and twins can book side by side in one room, and two guests can request a customized session with each ritual shaped to their wishes.

Body work includes a general full-body relaxation massage, deep tissue sessions aimed at specific tight muscles and knots, and lymphatic drainage massage built on very light, slow, repetitive strokes. Facials include a Hydro Facial with cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and an antioxidant serum, and a Lifting Facial that is paired with a head spa. Body scrubs cover the full body or just the arms and legs. Hot stones, steamed eye masks, warm herb bags, cupping and ear candles are available as add-ons.

Prices for head spa, massage and facial services are listed on the website and booking page, so no quote is needed before booking. Bookings can be made online or by phone, and booking ahead is recommended since walk-ins are not guaranteed. Payment can be made by card online or at the front desk by card, contactless or cash. Tipping is at the guest's discretion. Street parking is available on 1st Ave and nearby side streets, with paid lots and garages within a couple of blocks, and several bus lines run within a block or two. Most of Belltown is a short walk away, and Pike Place Market is about half a mile south.

Each session begins at the scalp with a warm cleanse, a long hands-on massage and conditioning care, then moves outward through the neck and shoulders. The studio talks through what the scalp and body need before each visit and adjusts the ritual to each guest.
