New patients start with a Sculpt Consultation that covers the options, timing, downtime and cost. From there, care can be phased over time and combine surgical, injectable, skin, body and wellness treatments. Botox consultations are offered at both locations.

At the McLean office, surgical procedures include liposuction, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, facelift, tummy tuck and Brazilian butt lift, and the facial surgery menu also covers brow lift, neck lift, facial fat grafting, mini facelift, deep plane facelift and revision rhinoplasty. Non-surgical body work includes Neveskin, CoolSculpting Elite (listed at $2,299), Endospheres Therapy and Morpheus8 Body. Body sculpting uses heat or cold to reduce fat and tighten skin without incisions, and Endospheres Therapy can be combined with it.

Injectables include Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin and Daxxify, along with lip flips, jelly rolls and a range of dermal fillers. The practice says it uses only FDA-approved botulinum toxin products.

Fairfax is open Tuesday to Friday 9AM to 6PM and Saturday 9AM to 1PM. McLean is open Tuesday to Friday 9AM to 5PM and Saturday 9AM to 1PM. Financing is available through Cherry with monthly payment options, and gift cards are sold.
