Group reformer classes run at several levels. Total Body is a full-body workout built on the studio's signature method, mixing strength and flexibility work through resistance and lengthening movements. Total Body Express is a 40-minute version with shorter warm-ups, cool-downs and transitions, and Total Body + Jumpboard adds a padded jumpboard to the reformer for low-impact cardio. Basic is a longer beginner course that teaches how to use the machine, with attention to form, alignment and breath, while Advanced uses heavier springs and more complex movements; the studio suggests taking at least 10 regular classes first. Instructors model a gentler version of each move for anyone who needs lower intensity, and clients set their own resistance. Private sessions are one-on-one and planned around each client's ability, goals and schedule, and friends can book them together.

The aesthetics menu covers Emsculpt NEO body contouring, Emtone and a separate cellulite treatment, chemical peels, dermaplaning and hydrodermabrasion. Facials range from Anti-Aging and Brightening to Acne Control, Steam & Clean, Fit and a Custom Facial that starts with a skin analysis by a Master Aesthetician. Most facials run 45 to 60 minutes and need no consultation, while Emsculpt NEO and Emsella both begin with one. Aesthetic treatments can be combined on days when a client is not in class, or done after a workout once the skin has been prepped.

Wellness and recovery options include Emsella for the pelvic floor, HOCATT sauna and biohacking, Normatec compression, red light and PEMF therapy, Shiftwave whole-body vibration, an InBody scan, reflexology and a Mind & Body Reset session. A recovery lounge in Alexandria offers massage, including deep tissue work.
